Redface Lake

Redface Lake is probably the most difficult lake to reach in this PMA. It is a very small, shallow lake lying between Minerva Lake and Lake Kekekabic. Redface Lake drains out through a small creek that flows northwest into Grubstake Lake and ultimately into Skoota Lake.
The name Redface Lake could refer to the color of the rocks or lake substrate in the area.
Approach to Redface Lake
The easiest approach is probably from the east end of Minerva Lake. Of course, that means you have to get to Minerva Lake first...
Bushwhack to Redface Lake
One could come from other directions, but assuming you have bushwhacked out to Minerva Lake, Redface Lake is a 50 rod bushwhack through thick forest to the northeast into the southwest corner of the lake. Not much more you can say about it.
Exploring Redface Lake
Redface Lake is quite shallow and only 12 acres in size. This is one of those lakes you visit so you can say, "Yeah, been there, done that". You will be guaranteed solitude at this little lake; even if you hung out here for a year or two...
