Portaging Direction: From Four Mile Portage to Mud Lake
The intersection of the Mud Lake portage with the Four Mile Portage. It is very easy to see this trail when passing this intersection, but there are no landmarks in the area. So if you miss it, you'll probably miss it by a lot.
The portage is somewhat rugged. The trail is overgrown in places and often has a fair amount of deadfall, depending on when it was last cleared by portage crews. The portage is otherwise mostly flat, with only small undulations.
