The portage landing if you're heading to West Bearskin Lake.

Well used portage. It goes slowly upward to near the middle of the portage and then goes slowly downward until you reach West Bearskin Lake. Near the middle of the portage you will come across the intersection with the Caribou Rock Trail.

Lots of boulder hopping on this end of the portage.

This is an easy portage. It climbs for the first half of the portage and descends for the last half of the portage. Near the middle of the portage, it intersects the Caribou Rock Trail.

The portage landing at Duncan Lake is better.
