The mouth of this creek at Cross Bay Lake marks the location of a bushwhack trail that leads up a steep slope to an unnamed lake in the Hairy Lake Primitive Management Area. The creek forms a small waterfall as it cascades down the hillside. You can usually hear this waterfall before you see it as you travel down Cross Bay Lake. To see more details of this area, visit the Hairy Lake PMA.
A look at the creek. The creek originates from an unnamed lake at the top of the slope. This unnamed lake provides access to lakes deeper into the Hairy Lake PMA like Lucky Pay Lake, Fool Lake and Jester Lake.
