Home Creek
Kawishiwi Ranger District
Home Creek is not navigable, but it can be observed in several locations along its course. Starting at its source in Angleworm Lake, the creek is visible from the portage between Angleworm Lake and Home Lake. Home Creek next flows into Home Lake. Where the creek exits Home Lake in the lakes northwest corner, it is forded by the Angleworm Hiking Trail. There is often a beaver dam here. From Home Lake the creek flows north for about two miles to Beartrap Lake. With some good effort, paddlers could bushwhack a route through this section. The mouth of the creek is visible at Beartrap Lake. Beartrap Lake flows out to the west via the Beartrap River.
