Jump Lake
Gunflint Ranger District
The lake is perhaps named for it being a "jump" between Allen Lake and Gaskin Lake.
The flowage through Jump Lake is from south to north.
Logging was conducted in the forests around Jump Lake between 1954 and 1972. This was part of the Finn Lake Sale to Consolidated Paper Company of Wisconsin.
