This video, beginning at about the 05:00 mark, shows the roughly eastern half of the portage from the Daniels Lake Cutoff to Rove Lake. This portage is known as the Long Portage because it is 660 rods loooonnnnggg! The portage is shared by the Border Route Trail. A full video of this is coming in early 2025 season.

The beginning of the Long Portage at Rove Lake.

This video only shows the portion of the Long Portage between Rove Lake and Daniels Lake (up to the 18:10 mark in the video). That stretch is about 325 rods. A video of the western end of the Long Portage to Rose Lake will be posted here in 2025. The Long Portage is shared by the Border Route Trail between Rove Lake and Rose Lake.
