Trivial portage from road to the lake consists of walking down five steps.

Portaging Direction: From Picket Lake to BWCA Entry Point 22

Walk up a few steps from the edge of the lake and you will be on N. Grassy Road where it enters the BWCA Entry Point 22 and 23 parking lot. The start of the portage to Mudro Creek (which leads to Mudro Lake) is across the road.

Take about 20 steps and you will have this portage in the bag.

Here begins the Mudro Creek portage.
