The landing at this campsite is rocky, but the water is shallow and there is good footing. Great fireplace situated next to the water, but the log furniture was in shambles at time of last visit. Only one rocky and uncomfortable looking tent pad. It is possible there is a better tent pad hidden someone in the woods that was not located at time of visit. The restroom is up a good trail.
This campsite gets the award for the best landing on Moon Lake.
Fireplace is well built, but the log furniture is not.

This was the only tent pad seen at this campsite. Maybe there is another hidden somewhere in the woods, but nothing else found.
This green plastic contraption is located at the end of an easy to walk trail.
