This campsite is located at the entrance to a small bay. The landing would be perfect if the rock platform where it's located wasn't slippery. There is only one notable tent pad at this campsite, but it is relatively large and can easily hold a couple tents. Latrine is well placed back in the forest. Not a lot of shade at this site, particularly around the camp fire area.
The landing is slightly tricky because the large flat rock platforms can be slick with algae growth.
The fireplace is in this wide open sunny area. You can see it gets some shade to the left. You just have to keep moving your chair to stay in the shade if hanging out here all day.
View towards the lake.
This is the only obvious tent pad. It is mostly level and free of roots and stones.
Modern plumbing with a foot stool to boot.
View from back of the campsite.
