The portage landing on the Jitterbug Lake side of this portage is nice, hard ground. Surprising for a swampy lake like Jitterbug Lake. It is an easy place to land and unload a canoe.
Similar to most of the portages in this area, nothing hard about this one. Path is mostly level, it is wide and it is very well trodden. The canoe landings on both ends of this portage are also quite nice. The landing at Adventure Lake is a large slab of rock.
