The landings on both ends of this portage are in good shape, especially on the Duncan Lake side. The portage climbs modestly but steadily most of the way in this direction. There are nice views of a creek along the path.

Landing is along a rock shelf on Moss Lake, but it still provides a decent spot to load your gear. The portage will be downhill in this direction almost the entire way. Pretty creek visibile from the portage.
