Sawbill Lake Campsite 1
The canoe landing is from shallow water, but the shoreline has these big boulders. Lift the canoe up onto the flat ground above the rocks. It's much better than it may appear.

Sawbill Lake Campsite 2
The kitchen has a good selection of benches.

Sawbill Lake Campsite 3
Almost no view of the lake. There won't be much breeze off the lake around the fire grate.

You'll find three tent pads at this location, one is rather large. The fireplace is up a hill from the lakeshore and well back in the woods. Thus, there are limited views of the lake. The canoe landing is actually pretty good. The latrine is missing its cover and the remaining latch is exposed (and somewhat sharp and rusty), so be aware of that.

Sawbill Lake Campsite 4
Huge tent pad.

Sawbill Lake Campsite 5
And yet another tent pad.

Sawbill Lake Campsite 6
A third tent pad at this campsite. This is the smallest of the bunch.

Sawbill Lake Campsite 7
Ohh ohh, #13! Was missing the lid. Don't scrape your bum on the rusty latch that remains.

Sawbill Lake Campsite 8
Good view down the lake to the southwest. Standing near the canoe landing.

Sawbill Lake Campsite 9
Northwest view of lake. The fire grate area is elevated at this campsite. From here (the lake shore), you reached it by walking up a short trail into the woods behind you.
