Campsite is situated just off the Powwow Trail snuggled right next to shoreline of Path Lake. Fire grate is five feet from the water, so easy water access while cooking. Great views of the lake. The campsite is rather exposed, but most hikers don't stay at campsites all day, so shade is not much of an issue. There are at least three tent pads scattered around the area. The latrine is on the other side of the Powwow Trail and doesn't offer a lot of privacy in the chance other hikes come through.
The trail splits with the Powwow Trail leading off to the right and the campsite spur leading to the fire grate (visible in background on left).
The kitchen is right on the water. Almost no shade since.
Moss tent pad.
A second tent pad.

Here you are looking to the west/southwest.
This new fangled square latrine (even has a lid) is just across the Powwow Trail from the campsite. It doesn't offer a lot of privacy since it is visible from the trail itself.
