The canoe landing at this campsite is fairly rocky. The kitchen area of the campsite is heavily shaded by cedar trees and well back from the lake. There are at least four tent pads, a couple of them pretty good. Limited access to the shoreline. The latrine is a bit farther back in the woods than is usual.
A relatively rugged landing.
The area around the fire grate is spacious, but it is heavily shaded. Could be bug issues since little wind will reach you here. You won't be sun drenched though. Not much of a view from the lake from this spot.
Looking through the kitchen towards the lake.
Plenty of space for setting up tents at this campsite.
Another large tent pad.
Big tent pads are abundant here.
Here's another place to set up.
A little bit of a hike to get to the bad boy.
North view of the lake from the campsite.
Looking to the west. The Burnt Lake portage landing is visible a bit right of the center of this view. You'll see plenty of canoe traffic passing by this campsite.
