Not many trees at this campsite because of the 2011 fire that came through this area, so finding shade is a problem. Wonderful beach though. Fire grate has good views of the water, but not much shade. Watch the video to tour the campsite.
The water increases in depth very gradually along the shoreline in front of the campsite. The beach extends for quite a ways in each direction and is walkable. Good swimming area.
There is no shade around the fire pit. The outdoor furniture is in decent shape.
Another view of the kitchen. Fine lake views. Wind would be problematic if it is strong out of the north.
