This campsite is usable by both canoeists and hikers. The Daniels Lake Trail runs through the campsite. It is not a heavily used trail, but don't be surprised if you get visitors if you are a paddler. Campsite has at least three tent pads. The kitchen area is well built. Good views of the lake from near the fire grate. The canoe landing is awesome. Nice views of the lake with good shoreline access.
You couldn't ask for a much better canoe landing.
The campsite is located next to this small bay along the south shoreline of Daniels Lake. This campsite is also used by hikers of the Daniels Lake Trail. The trail goes right through the campsite, right next to the fire grate.
Looking west at Daniels Lake.
This view is to the north/northeast.
Fire pit was in great shape at time of last visit.
Tent pad.
Another tent pad.
And yet another tent pad.
View of the kitchen looking in the direction of the lake.
The latrine. Comes with nice foot stool.
