Perfectly adequate canoe landing with lots of space along a smooth rock shelf. Middle of the three campsites in this area that are all fairly close together. You may hear your neighbors. Also you neighbors may come visit you as there is a trail that runs behind the campsite that connects to all the other campsites in this area. This trail goes all the way to the Clearwater Lake portage. There is one really large and very usable tent pad close to the lake. The other smaller tent pad looks to have some drainage issues. Shore access is good if you want to fish or swim. Fire grate is a good setup. Latrine is well positioned back in the woods. There are a few old metal relics to be found in the area.
Lots of boat slips on either side of this old cedar tree.
Large open area around the fire grate. Has some protection from the elements.
View of kitchen gazing in direction of the lake.
This is a large and excellent tent pad. Also close to the water.
The other tent pad. Notes the wet spot to the upper left. A little stream seems to run down the hill into this one.
