This campsite is very close to the entry point. Takes less than 10 minutes to paddle here. Because of its proximity to the entry point, it may be possible to hear traffic or loud voices coming from the entry point area. Good canoe landing. At least four tent pads, some very flat and free of obstructions. A nice overall campsite. Good site to use at the start or end of your BWCA trips.
This landing is tucked back into the space between this large table rock and the forest. While only offering space for one canoe, it is a good landing.
Fire area offers good wind protection. Also comes with the handy rock wall which makes for good shelving.
Another view of the fire pit.

A large and level tent pad.
This tent pad is tucked back against the tree line.
You will find this tent pad along the trail leading to the latrine.
Brand spanking new.
Taking a look towards the north at beautiful Brule Lake from this campsite.
View towards the east. This is the large rock table that forms one side of the canoe landing.
