This campsite gets less use than others along the north shoreline and thus has a mildly overgrown feel. The ground is a bit swampy in spots, particularly at the start of the trail going up the hill to the latrine. Canoe landing is OK, but not great. Minimal tent space.
Landing is right by this cedar tree leaning out over the lake. It is somewhat rocky.
Fire pit is adequate.
Another gander at the kitchen.
Small, grassy tent pad.
This is the sole really good location to throw up a tent at this campsite.
You could squeeze a small tent in here between the roots and rocks in a pinch.
The "pot" is up a hill at the end of a moderately overgrown trail.
Access to the shoreline from this campsite is more limited compared to other sites on this lake.
