Good shore access and nice panoramic views of the lake. Two landing spots for canoes. There are three tent pads, but all are very barren and rocky because the soil here hasn't reestablished itself yet from the time of the 1996 fire. Fire pit had no log furniture at time of last visit.
There are two canoe landings at this campsite.
This is the other landing and it is probably the easier of the two.
There aren't many trees around the kitchen to provide shade because of a forest fire that scorched this campsite in 1996.
The fire grate is pretty close to the water. Hope you brought a camp chair, since there wasn't much remaining of the log seating at time of last visit.
Most tent pads here are on bare rock and gravel. The soil here hasn't recovered since the fire.
