Plenty of landing spots for canoes along a slab rock formation. There seem to be at least three usable tent pads at this campsite. Fire grate area provides unobstructed views of the lake, but has limited shade. Easy to walk the shoreline around this campsite.
Huge table rock formation extends along the shoreline in front of this campsite. Thus, there are many potential locations to beach your boats
.
Another view of the landing zone.
Lots of room to roam about the fire pit. Somewhat limited shade.
Fire grate area looking towards the lake. Looking toward the south end of Gabbro Lake.
There were three obvious tent pads on last visit..
This was probably the worst of the tent pads at this campsite.
Another tent pad option.
Lots of leaves available in case you forgot the T.P.
