This campsite is located on the south end of this peninsula just to the east of the island. Some maps show it farther to the northeast on the tip of the peninsula.

Large campsite that can easily support a maximum BWCA group size of nine people. There are five tent pads, some good, some not so much. Fine landing spot for canoes/kayaks on a little beach. The fire pit is well built. Plenty of shoreline access.
