This campsite is located practically on the Angleworm Trail. Any hikers passing by along the trail can easily see into the campsite. The site is situated high above the lake, which offers nice views of Angleworm Lake. However, this high perch also necessitates a steep path down to the lake to reach the water. There is almost no shore access at this site and landing a canoe here will be difficult. This campsite is better suited for hikers, but canoe campers can certainly use it in a pinch. The latrine is on the otherside of the Angleworm Trail from the campsite proper.
Great fire pit location. It is situated high above the lake providing nice views. The trail down to the lakeshore is very steep.
If you are looking for additional tent pads, you're probably out of luck. This is it. It is just behind the kitchen area.
To find the "johnnie", you go across the Angleworm Trail and up the slight hill.
