 Highest Point in the Boundary Waters Canoe AreaIt is Eagle Mountain which is 2,301 feet in elevation.  This is also the highest point in Minnesota.  Here are photos and images from the summit and along the Eagle Mountain Trail.  The lowest point in the BWCA is likely (not positive) the south end of Sand Point Lake where it forms the border of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.  The elevation there is 1,119 feet.
