Portaging Direction: From BWCA Entry Point 16 parking lot to the Moose River

The portage trail down to the river runs to your right as you face this bulletin board.

A wide and well maintained portage trail. The only difficulty to overcome with this portage is its length.

Great canoe landing at the end of this long portage. From here, you would paddle downstream to the right.

Start of the portage back to the parking lot. Excellent canoe landing.

A straightforward portage. It's just kind of long.

End of the portage. The large parking lot is just to your left. The bulletin board is next to the car loading area.
